Who'll decide Wade's fate?

    Nine men and three women were sworn in Tuesday morning to decide the federal drug trafficking case lodged against suspended Orange County sheriff James Wade.
    Wade has been charged with seven Counts of Delivery of a Controlled substance, two counts of obstructing justice and theft of orange county funds.
