We are still in the review process of any diet drug recipients who has previously filed the registration (Blue Form) with the AHP Settlement Trust, has an echocardiogram revealing FDA positive results, or a repeat echocardiogram in which the results show an increase in the valvular regurgitation with complicating factors. It is important that all diet drug recipients who have registered for benefits with AHP continue to be mindful of any changes in their medical condition and contact their physician immediately if changes occur.

If you should have any increase in your symptoms and your physician orders a repeat echocardiogram which demonstrate moderate to severe aortic regurgitation or moderate to severe mitral regurgitation with complicating factors, you have 120 days from the date you knew or should have known to exercise your right to opt-out of the settlement and proceed in litigation.
