E. Diane Hinkle Tulsa, Oklahoma
E. Diane Hinkle graduated with Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1991, where she was on the staff of the Energy Law Journal and Vice-Magister of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Ms. Hinkle was also a member of the American Inns of Court, and was named to the Dean's Honor Roll. While in law school, Ms. Hinkle served as a judicial intern in Washington County, Oklahoma. Before obtaining the degree of Juris Doctor, Ms. Hinkle received a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Northeastern State University where she was in the top ten percent of her graduating class. Her major was English, with an emphasis in grammar and composition. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hinkle taught high school English, and worked as a writer for a business publication in Oklahoma. Ms. Hinkle is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma courts. She is a member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma. Ms. Hinkle has substantial litigation and appellate experience. Her primary emphasis is civil tort law, and her legal experience includes all aspects of trial and appellate representation in both state and federal courts. Diane Hinkle was born in Shirley, Massachusetts; grew up as an Army brat and attended high school in Nuremberg, Germany.
